Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - House Hunters International hadn't filmed any episodes in Puerto Vallarta until 2012 when they contacted Timothy Real Estate Group about auditioning for the show that aired in March of that same year.

On June 6, 2013, the second episode aired, once again highlighting Puerto Vallarta and the wonderful property options that are available in the Banderas Bay region - and the third episode will be aired tonight!

The latest trek follows Karen and Charles as they set their eyes on purchasing a property in their favorite destination. After visiting nearly 100 countries on all seven continents, the avid travelers returned to their very first destination, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, to buy their dream vacation home.

Over the past 15 years, Karen and Charles have changed their careers, worked second jobs, and saved as much as possible to purchase a piece of paradise. But now that they're ready to buy, they're discovering that they each have slightly different visions of their dream home.
