This week, Daiquiri Dick's invites you to take your taste buds to Oaxaca. One of Mexico's most important food regions, Oaxaca (wah-ha-ka) is known internationally for its exquisite cuisine. The state is located in the southwestern part of Mexico. Because of its mountain ranges, it has a number of climates and cultures, which contribute to making the cuisine the most varied in Mexico. The food in each of the state's regions is characterized by local ingredients and, to some extent, cooking methods.

The Summer Sizzle menu will be changed every week, and the special will run through the end of August.
