This Week, Spain Sizzles at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant

Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle features Tapas ans Pintxos from Spain through June 16th. Reservations are recommended and can be made online at DDPV.com or by calling the restaurant at (322) 222-0566.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The weather's warming up, which makes it a great time to enjoy some light fare at beachfront restaurants. Daiquiri Dick's special Summer Sizzle Menu, which continues through the end of August, is a refreshing addition to Puerto Vallarta's summer dining scene.

This week, Spanish Tapas and Pintxos take center stage on Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu. Select one from each category of these spectacular selections from Spain, for just $299 pesos, from June 11-16th. The restaurant's regular a la carte menu is also available.

Starters - Primero


• Asparagus-Brie Tartines with Prosciutto and Sundried Tomato, on Grilled Baquette
Tartin de espárrago y queso brie con prosciutto y jitomate seco sobre pan asado

• Olives Stuffed with Almonds and Roasted Bell Peppers, with Aioli
Aceitunas rellenas con almendras y morrones asados, con aioli

• Mortadella and Cheese Panini

• Garlic Basil Chicken with Caprese Salad

• Grilled Shrimp, Marinated in Romesco, served with Potatoes and Aioli

• Grilled Salmon mounted on Arugula Salad with Grilled Peppers and Basil Ailoi

The Summer Sizzle menu will be changed every week, and the special will run through the end of August. The weekly theme will be a country, like France or Spain, or a region, like the Mediterranean - or there could be a medley, making this summer a great time to take your taste buds on a world tour.

For an evening at home, cocktail hour on your balcony, or picnic lunches for a trip, ask about their line of take-out sandwiches, hors d’oeuvres, breads and pastries.
