The sales event offers prospective home buyers three distinct pricing discounts off current property listing prices from 5% to 15%.

Properties are tagged with one of three colors, reflecting those of the Mexican flag: Green for a 5% discount, White denotes a discount of 10%, and Red a 15% discount off the property's list price.

Buyers are invited to browse the various properties on sale on the tropicasa.com website to view those participating in the yearly sale and ascertain which discount has been applied to the property. The properties participating in the sale come from across the Bay and include homes and condos in the much sought after Conchas Chinas, Marina and Olas Altas neighborhoods, and many more.

The limited time sale runs from July 15 to October 15, 2014 and allows the public to search available properties, make inquiries and to schedule a viewing with one of the many agents at Tropicasa. Due to the success of 2013's sales event, this year features over 40 participating properties, meaning that there is a property for every budget and lifestyle.
