Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Real estate markets are very competitive no matter where you live. Agents are always trying to attract clients and close the deal. In Puerto Vallarta, one company is banking on a new series of videos to give them the marketing edge.

A step beyond typical property videos, Recipes & Real Estate melds a tasty dish and a home tour. "This is the best of both worlds," says Laura Gelezunas, Show Host and Real Estate Agent with Ron Morgan Properties. "Recipe videos are very popular and we mix that with a gorgeous home." The properties featured will be Ron Morgan Properties' listings. The condo or villa will be showcased but with some extra window dressing in the form of the "Kitchenettes," who assist Laura with the food preparation.

The idea came during a slow afternoon at the office. "We were trying to think of something with mass appeal, that was fun, interesting and of course, sexy," says Ron Morgan, Owner and Broker, "I just do not care for most real estate videos that are just home tours, people want more than that and I hope Recipes & Real Estate will fill a niche and sell some properties."

Laura has been promoting properties for over ten years with her company, Media Diva International. "I have a chance to do what I have always wanted my real estate company clients to do," she says. "I am selling not just a home, but a lifestyle and there is no better way to show the world than with video."

There will be a new episode of Recipes & Real Estate each month and this show will go along with Laura's other new video segment, Vallarta Life, which will have at least one new program per week. All of these can be seen on her YouTube channel, TvPuertoVallarta.
