Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The sun is shining, the ocean is beckoning... For many, living in Puerto Vallarta means spending a lot of time at the beach. But for most women, trying to find a perfectly sized swimsuit that is sexy, stylish, and fun is not always easy.

Lucky for us REAL Women, Puerto Vallarta is home to Curvas Peligrosas, a shop where the speciality is bathing suits for women that are not a size two, super skinny, or wearing thong bikinis. The store has separates, one piece suits, swim shorts, tankinis and cover ups from size 8 to 16 and 18 women's to 24 and they even have suits beyond size 24.

"I opened Curvas Peligrosas because I was here on vacation and shopping for clothes and swim suits and was not able to find anything that would fit me," says Robina Oliver, owner of Curvas Peligrosas. "It gets a little depressing after awhile being basically my size all my life and going around and not being able to find anything. So I was laying at the pool with other American and Canadian tourists and I looked around and wondered if all these women would want to buy beautiful swim suits. I thought Puerto Vallarta could be a place that would support a bathing suit shop like Curvas Peligrosas and hoped it might work... and it has been great since 2007!"

Robina says that women are really happy with the store because they don't find just one suit that will fit them. Instead they find quite a large selection of swim suits in many different colors and flattering styles.

For the 2014 Fall/Winter season, Curvas Peligrosas will start carrying mastectomy and tan through suits, suits with rash guards and Robina is really excited about a line of suits made from 100 percent recycled plastic. She says they are beautiful and look and feel like lycra.

Robina is trying these new suits out, but she says she will continue carrying all the old standards, so whether you are living in Puerto Vallarta or just visiting, you'll find the swimsuit that's right for you!
