Sea Monkey Hosts 'Luau' in Support of PuRR Project

November 17, 2014

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - On Friday, December 12th at 5 pm, Sea Monkey Restaurant will be hosting the Second Annual Pig Roast & Luau on the Beach to Benefit PuRR Project. This year's event includes a special Polynesian dance performance by Academia Danza de Moorea, so stop by the restaurant at Aquiles Serdan and the Malecon and say "Aloha!"

Your ticket includes a wonderful dinner on the beach, two drinks, and several chances for great prizes in a 50/50 raffle! Those of you who attended last year's Luau will remember the buffet tables groaning under platters of grilled pork, corn on the cob, baked beans, cole slaw, and a special 'kitty' dessert - this year's menu remains the same!

Once again, the food and drink for this fun event will be generously donated by the owner of Sea Monkey, Troy Valens, so all proceeds will benefit the 150+ cats now residing at the Purr Project no-kill feline shelter.

Join us at 5 pm on Friday, December 12th at the Sea Monkey Restaurant for an evening of food and fun you won't soon forget! Tickets are only $250 pesos ($21.80 USD when purchased through VallartaTickets.com) and are VERY limited, so don't wait! If you want to pay cash for your ticket, click HERE to learn how.

PuRR Project is a Non-Profit shelter in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico that provides homeless cats and kittens a recuperative stay with the ultimate goal to adopt them out to loving homes. All of our residents have been sterilized, vaccinated and are disease free. We accomplish this through our own efforts as well as collaboratively with other animal welfare organizations. Both monetary donations as well as donations of dry cat food are most welcome – and much appreciated. For more information, visit PuRRProject.com or send an email to info(at)PurrProject.com.
