Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - The glitter and glow of the 2015 Mardi Gras season has officially begun and event sponsor are gearing up for another city-sponsored glittery, bead-hurling, crowd-wowing parade.

Volunteers Needed

Puerto Vallarta's Annual Mardi Gras is a time for celebration and to show the city's diversity. It is an occasion that unites the advanced with the conventional, the straight with the gay, gratification with religion, and the adolescent with the old.

Over 20,000 people are expected to line the 3.5 km parade route on Tuesday night, February 17th. We are looking for volunteers to help us spread the word to local businesses and organizations to get involved. A 'Street Team' volunteer planning meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, January 20th from 6-7 pm at Andale Restaurant. Complimentary appetizers will be served and the first drink is on us!

We are asking your help to brainstorm about publicity, effectively using social networking, recruiting additional volunteers and more. We know you are busy but we can use your help. Nuestro desfile anual de Martes de Carnaval de Puerto Vallarta es un momento de celebración y para mostrar la diversidad de la ciudad. Es una ocasión que se une lo moderno y las tradiciones, sin diferenciar preferencia sexual, uniendo celebración y religión, y reuniendo a gente de todas las edades.

Esperamos la participación de más de 20,000 personas a lo largo de 3.5 kilómetros de recorrido del desfile en la noche del martes, 17 de febrero de 2015. Por lo que estamos buscando voluntarios para ayudar a correr la voz para que empresas y organizaciones locales puedan involucrarse. La reunión de Planificación de Voluntarios está programada para el Martes, 20 de enero 18:00-19:00 en el restaurante Andale. habrá aperitivos de cortesía y la primera bebida es por nuestra cuenta! Estamos pidiendo su ayuda para hacer lluvia de ideas acerca de la publicidad, y hacer uso efectivo de las redes sociales, para reclutar más y más voluntarios. Sabemos que están muy ocupados, pero cualquier tipo ayuda suma para este evento.
