Daiquiri Dick's Executive Chef, Ignacio Uribe, and Sous Chef, Hugo Mejia, have created a special menu that features an array of flavors from around the world that you can enjoy right here in Puerto Vallarta from May 6th through 14th. Dinner is served from 5 to 11 pm.

• Nicaragua Style Beef Salpicon served over Lettuce with Red Onion, Avocado, Tomato and Local Fresh Cheese

• Pork Confit Vigorón with Yucca and Spicy Cabbage Slaw served on a Banana Leaf

• Corn Soup with Vadouvan Spices

Entrées

• Jamaican Grilled Chicken with Jerk Seasoning with Rice and Fresh Mango Sauce

• San Blas Shrimp in Jamaican Curry with Onions, Tomatoes and Bell Peppers served with white rice

• Puerto Rican Roast Pork Shoulder served with Rice, Beans and Gravy

Desserts

• Gingerbread Roulade with Dulce de Leche Cream Filling
• Passion Fruit Custard

Daiquiri Dick's Flavors of the World menu is a great way to expand your culinary horizons! The regular a la carte dinner menu is also available. Situated on Puerto Vallarta's Playa Los Muertos, the restaurant offers open-air terrace and patio dining, where you can enjoy exceptional food, friendly service and a magnificent sunset.
