2015 Vallarta Altruism Festival Raised $709,061 Pesos

100% of the 2015 Vallarta Altruism Festival ticket proceeds will be divided evenly among 19 Banderas Bay area non-profit organizations, providing significant funding for their ongoing charitable activities.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - A wonderful mix of charity, culture, live entertainment, delicious food and generous people made this year's Vallarta Altruism Festival a great success. The organizers just announced the total amount of funds raised at the 2015 event, and it came to $709,061 pesos!

Over one thousand Puerto Vallarta residents and visitors turned out for this event, which featured top restaurants offering food and refreshments, live entertainment, and booths where they could learn more about the 19 Banderas Bay area non-profit and charitable organizations they were benefiting, which this year included:

Amigos de La Cruz • Banderas Bay Cultural Association • Biblioteca Los Mangos • Breakfast for Children • Casa Hogar Orphanage • Dives in Misericordia • Down Syndrome Association • Paraiso Felino • Puerto Vallarta Food Bank • Puerto Vallarta Navy League • Rehabilitation Clinic Santa Barbara • R.I.S.E. • Rotary Club • The Salvation Army • SETAC • Torpedos Football of Vallarta • Visually Handicapped Association • Whale Ecological and Conservation

Each participating charity organization, as well as individuals, sold tickets to the Festival, and 100% of the ticket proceeds will be divided evenly among the organizations, providing significant funding for their ongoing charitable activities.
