The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation is designed for real estate agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home buying process. Real estate practitioners who have completed this class make more sales and increased commissions than other Realtors®

Resort & Second Home Property Specialist is one of National Association of Realtors's most popular courses for international Realtors®. This accreditation is designed for those who facilitate the buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement or second homes. Designees become specialists in vacation designations and are successful in that market niche.

RSPS Designees meet twice a year to network and exchange marketing ideas. Locations where meetings have been so far include Cape Cod, Hawaii and Los Cabos, Mexico.
