Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The internationally inspired menu at Daiquiri Dick's is adding even more flare by having a bi-weekly special a la carte dinner menu during the summer. The dishes constantly evolve and the menu is characterized as Mediterranean, Mexican cuisine with Asian influences. These specials will take your taste buds on a world tour and you don't even have to leave Puerto Vallarta to do it.
For the next two weeks it is a variety of World Flavors. The menu runs from June 1 to 13, 2016. Dinner is served from 5 to 10:30 pm. The regular a la carte menu is also available.
Daiquiri Dick's Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia, and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have created dishes with authentic flavors but with new twists. You will be not be disappointed.
Quinoa and Roasted Broccoli Salad with anchovies, red onion and cucumber
Spring Minestrone with basil pesto
Piquillo Pepper Bruschetta with pureed eggplant, goat cheese and cream cheese
Strip Steak with lemony yogurt and radish salad and roasted baby potatoes
Roast Half Chicken with cashew tarator and celery
Sautéed Giant Shrimp in fish sauce with caramelized shallots served with steamed rice
Sweet Granita with blackberries, toasted almonds and mint
The restaurant will be closed on Tuesdays until late October.
