Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - We recently announced that HGTV USA would be re-running the 4th Puerto Vallarta Episode of 'House Hunters International' on October 3. The programming has since changed, and now the 7th PV episode of House Hunters International, 'Sun and Fun in Puerto Vallarta,' featuring Tropicasa Realty's Roger Dubois, will premier instead.

In this seventh Puerto Vallarta episode of HHI, which was filmed here last April, renowned real estate agent at Tropicasa Realty, Roger Dubois, will venture out with buyers Jason Baker and Felipe Perez, who are hoping to leave the cold weather of Portland, Oregon behind and make the move to PV's warm and sunny climes.

These outdoor enthusiasts both have a sense of adventure, but their sense of styles clash when it comes to a new house. J.B. wants to be immersed in the tradition and culture of a Mexican-style home, while Felipe wants a more modern look. Both want to live in the city's Romantic Zone, but that could mean going over budget.
