Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia are welcoming the Fall/Winter season by adding a Weekly Specials Menu to the internationally inspired dishes that have made Daiquiri Dick's one of Puerto Vallarta's favorite restaurants.

These special a la carte menus feature a wide selection of tastes from around the world, and from October 24-30, Asia is the chosen culinary destination. The chefs have chosen some spectacular recipes and they are serving them up from 5:00-10:30 pm.

Asian life and food is all about balance. Asia is a huge continent with many different cultures and each has its own way of cooking and recipes. Take some time to ponder these menu choices:

Appetizers

• Crispy Fried Calamari with curried slaw

• Siu Mai with pork and shrimp, gingered soy sauce

• Shrimp Soup with coconut

Main Courses

• Grilled Fresh White Fish with miso~gochujang glaze on a bed of steamed rice, napa cabbage, carrots and green beans

• Thai BBQ Chicken over spicy papaya salad and coconut steamed rice

• Wok Fried Pad Thai Noodles with shrimp, peanuts, tamarind sauce and eggs

Desserts

• Coconut Crémè Brûlée

• Thai Fried Bananas with ice cream

The Taste of Asia menu is not subject to any other discounts. The regular a la carte menu is also available.

The restaurant's tropical location on Los Muertos Beach offers the perfect atmosphere for enjoying exceptional fare, cold drinks, cool breezes and spectacular sunsets, and the Weekly Specials keep the menu interesting.
