• Roasted Carrot Soup with Toasted Pistachios, Spices and Yogurt
• Arugula Salad with Apples, pomegranate seeds, jicama, candied pecans, mandarin orange vinaigrette
• Grilled Octopus with cherry tomatoes, romaine and a lemon garlic dressing

Entrées

• Traditional Turkey Dinner with all the Trimmings, Homemade Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Cranberry Relish and Gravy

• Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, rolled in fresh herbs, served with two styles of apple chutney, mashed potatoes and haricot verts

• Linguine with Grilled Shrimp and Walnut-parsley Pesto

Desserts

• Cranberry Pecan Apple Tarte a la Mode
• Pumpkin Cheese Cake
