Alert to all trivia buffs: The final Charity Pub Quiz Challenge is set for Wednesday, February 1st, 7:30 to 9:30 at Nacho Daddy on Basilio Badillo in Old Town.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - If you love trivia then you won't want to miss the Charity Pub Quiz Challenge 2017. Every Wednesday from January 4 to February 1, contestants can team up to show off their intellectual prowess for thousands of pesos in prizes, while helping to build a new playground for the children of Colonia Vista Hermosa.

The Charity Pub Quiz Challenge 2017 teams - made up of two to six players - will participate in the five week competition at five different locations. Gather up all of your smart friends and prepare to enjoy a friendly pub quiz that moves from week to week to a different bar.

Week 1 - Murphy's Irish Pub - Wednesday, January 4th

Week 2 - Twisted Palms and Escondida Sports Bar (Half of the group in one bar and half in the other - Will organize which groups go where the week previous at Murphy's) - Wednesday, January 11th

Week 3 - Las Adelitas - Thursday, January 19th

Week 4 - Beach Bar - Wednesday, January 25th

Week 5 - Murphy's Irish Pub - Wednesday, February 1st

* The Charity Pub Quiz Challenge runs from 7:30-9:30 pm each week.

The one-time-only registration fee of $300 pesos per person includes one welcome drink (Mexican beer, well drink or house wine) each night. All proceeds will go towards building the new playground. Over $25,000 pesos in prizes have been donated from generous sponsors from all around Puerto Vallarta. Prizes will be awarded weekly, but the top-ticket items will be given to the team with the most points upon the conclusion of the Charity Pub Quiz Challenge 2017.
