Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Puerto Vallarta Rentals Premier Vacations (PVRPV) first opened its doors for business on March 1, 2005, when Tim Longpré, who is originally from Toronto, and his staff of 3 represented 50 properties out of a small office at Francisca Rodriguez #152 on PV's south side.

In 2008, the business moved to its second location, at Pino Suarez #210, where Tim and his staff of 24 continued their rise to the top of Vallarta's vacation rental industry.

As one of Puerto Vallarta's premier vacation property agencies, PVPRV just keeps on getting better! Over the years, the company has just kept on growing and improving, and on November 1, 2016, they moved across the street to a new and improved industrial office space in "The Park."

This month, PVRPV is celebrating its 12th anniversary as Puerto Vallarta's premier vacation rental agency, representing over 500 properties throughout the Banderas Bay area.
