Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - When it comes to fine dining in Puerto Vallarta, Daiquiri Dick's has it all... Especially during Restaurant Week 2017, when you can enjoy an exceptional 3-course menu and superior service in an elegant beachfront setting, every night from 5:00-10:30 pm through May 31.

This 17-day gastronomical celebration, which takes place every year from May 15-31st, has been very popular since its inception in 2004 - and it has continued to grow. Daiquiri Dick's has been participating since the beginning, and is happy to be part of Vallarta Restaurant Week again this year.

When asked about Daiquiri Dick's yearly participation in Restaurant Week, owner Tari Bowman said, "The original idea was to get more of the local people to go out and try restaurants they may have never visited. Even we started going to a few we'd never tried before, and I think that the concept still stands since Puerto Vallarta is certainly a town in which we all love to eat."

For Vallarta Restaurant Week 2017, Daiquiri Dick's is once again offering three courses with three choices per course for $399 pesos per person. (Price does not include tips and beverages.) Dinner is served from 5:00 to 10:30 pm.

• Pork Chop Vindalo – In a dried chile marinade with cinnamon, turmeric and ginger; served with sweet potato purée

• Pan Seared Catch of the Day – Served over eggplant ratatouille with zucchini blossom sauce, topped with herb salad

• Spaghetti – With Dijon pesto, grilled chicken breast and mushrooms
