The company first opened its doors for business on March 1, 2005, when Tim Longpré, who is originally from Toronto, and his staff of 3 represented 50 properties out of a small office at Francisca Rodriguez #152 on PV's south side.

In 2008, the business moved to its second location, at Pino Suarez #210, where Tim and his staff of 24 continued their rise to the top of Vallarta's vacation rental industry; and on November 1st, 2016, the PVRPV team, which has now grown to more than 30 members, moved to a brand-new location.

Their new office, located at the intersection of Pino Suárez and Lázaro Cárdenas streets, Unit 6 at The Park, features modern industrial-style interior design, more space and amenities such as air conditioning, common areas for the team, and meeting and conference rooms.
