Boutique Kicks Off Theater Season with 'Transylvania'

October 9, 2017

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The Boutique Dinner Theatre is launching its busiest season yet of plays, concerts, and other entertaining events.

"Transylvania" is a musical, performed in Spanish, opening at 8:30 pm on Sunday, Oct. 15. It features Federico Fonseca, Paul Tirzah Guerrero, and Alejandro Lamas Bogarin, talented dancers and actors returning to the Boutique after several years away.

According to Fonseca, "You don't need to know Spanish to enjoy the energy and fun... 'Transylvania' is a monsters' convention, a live TV broadcast made by monsters."

Monsters and scary characters from legends, books and films get together to celebrate their annual reunion - and a few problems arise.

Francis Dey, "Crooner Extraordinaire," will be taking the stage for his one-man singing show at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 18, and at 6 pm on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 20 and 21. To learn more about him and hear clips, visit francisdeymusic.com.

Tickets for these shows cost 300 pesos. Enjoy dinner an hour before the shows, for the combined price of 580 pesos. The rest of the Boutique season will be announced soon. Follow The Boutique Dinner Theatre on Facebook, For tickets, go to btpv.org, or call 322-728-6878.

The Boutique Dinner Theatre offers exciting evenings of dinner-and-a-show options. The theater is located upstairs at Nacho Daddy, 287 Basilio Badillo, in the Zona Romantica of Puerto Vallarta.
