Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have tapped into a wide variety of flavors and have designed a super array of dishes to sample or share, and they're serving them up for dinner from 5-11 pm through January 15.
