Mariachis, Margaritas & More - a Real Mexican Fiesta

March 5, 2019

Sponsored by the Viejo Vallarta and Amapas Neighborhood Associations, in association with Puerto Vallarta's Department of Tourism, Mariachis, Margaritas & More proceeds will go towards improvements in the neighborhoods.

Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - The beautiful stone-colonnaded interior courtyard of the Presidencia – Puerto Vallarta's historic Town Hall, on the zocalo in the heart of Old Town – will be the site of a fabulous Mexican Fiesta on the evening of Thursday, March 28th.

Now in its third edition, 'Mariachis, Margaritas & More,' a festive event that showcases the sights, sounds and tastes of authentic historical Puerto Vallarta, will include a gourmet 'tasting' buffet provided by 25 top local chefs and restaurants, Folkloric dancers, and Mariachi entertainment.

Seating in the historic fountain courtyard is limited – only 150 guests – but acoustics and sight lines for the evening's entertainment are excellent from every seat!

Doors and bar service open at 6:00 pm, buffet service starts at 7:00 pm, with entertainment to follow. Margaritas, tequila and vodka drinks, wine, beer and bottled water will be available from a no-host bar.

"Mariachis, Margaritas and More" is sponsored by the Viejo Vallarta and Amapas Neighborhood Associations, in association with Puerto Vallarta's Department of Tourism. Proceeds will go towards improvements in the neighborhoods.

Reserved seats are available now for a contribution of $50 USD (or the peso equivalent) at the Amapas Neighborhood Association office in Villas Loma Linda, 115 Hortensias, by calling 322-223-8312, or via email to info(at)amapaspv.com.

If you liked last year's event, this celebration will be bigger, better, more colorful than ever! It will be a truly bilingual, bicultural celebration, and a chance to experience it with not only your friends, but our Mexican neighbors as well, so get your tickets TODAY!

The Amapas Neighborhood Association is the official association of residents and business owners in the Colonia Amapas of Puerto Vallarta. A volunteer and not-for-profit association with about 350 members, the ANA was founded in 2002 to improve the quality of life in Amapas. We work to keep our neighborhood safe, beautiful, desirable and welcoming to tourists and residents from all countries and walks of life. We are also the official "Junta Vecinal" or neighborhood council for Amapas, the legal representative of the neighborhood to the city government. Learn more at AmapasPV.com.
