Lot size is 50 meters x 10 meters. It has to be one of best lots around. The views are breathtaking and its close to beach and ocean. Area is still secluded and remote, yet there are several houses close by, but not built up or commercialized like Punta Mita. That place is really changing. All the condos and such!
For example, the beach front small lots are around $500K with no buildings. Land just a mile south of this house (and without the views) recently sold for $1000 - $1500 per square meter!
The beach is beautiful! There is never anyone on it! No vendors!
