The Board of Directors of Becas Vallarta A.C. has decided to liven up this year's Becas Crystal Ball a teensy bit. They have invited the famous or infamous len - depending on your point of view - to be the emcee for the ball. He will introduce the speakers, make important announcements and manage the bidding during the live auction ... all the time, we are sure, peppering his prepared remarks with those funny, sometimes outrageous ad-libs many of us know so well.
Len writes regular columns for both BanderasNews and the PV Mirror, as well as being Creative Director and Stylist Manager for blu, the ***** salon and spa in Vallarta. His loyal readership knows that they can never be sure of what he's going to say next, much less when they may be the brunt of his next comment or joke.
Always a lovely event, the perfect excuse to dress up and, as len puts it "be pretty," and a rare chance to do some real ballroom dancing under the stars in the gardens of the Westin Regina right along the beach, this year's ball - to be held on March 5th - also promises a ton of laughs, due to len's open microphone. Some would say that might be dangerous. Come find out...
