Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Mamas in PV is a group of friends with two things in common: they are mothers and they love Puerto Vallarta. Although from different places around the world and Mexico, they all agree that Puerto Vallarta is the ideal place to live, make new friends and raise their children.

In this spirit of community, they have organized a picnic to benefit Pasitos de Luz, a local organization that provides vital services to disabled children and their families living in extreme poverty in Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding communities. All of these services are provided 100% free of charge.

Pack up your picnic basket and join Mamas in PV at El Jardin de la Luna on Sunday, May 3rd from 12 pm to 6 pm for an action packed afternoon filled with lots of surprises and tons of fun for the entire family! While the kiddies play, Mamas can sit back, relax, have a drink, make new friends, and network with other Mamas in PV.

Admission is free, but Mamas in PV ask that you support the Pasitos de Luz Association by either donating funds or much-needed supplies, or by volunteering your time to help care for these unfortunate children and their families.

At the entrance to the event Mamas in PV will be collecting trash bags, toilet paper, baby powder, washcloths, liquid soap, detergent and other basic items (click HERE and scroll down to the bottom for complete wish list) to be put to immediate use at this wonderful facility that is helping kids, one step at a time.

This is a great opportunity to dig into your hearts, closets and wallets to help others, while enjoying not only the Picnic, but also visiting the Expo Kids 2015 stands and participating in a bunch of fun activities with your kids.

So don't forget to mark your calendar for Sunday, May 3rd from 12 pm to 6 pm and join us for an afternoon of fun and giving at El Jardín de la Luna. Remember to bring a picnic blanket, an umbrella, sunscreen, plenty of food and refreshments for you and your children, a bottle of your favorite bubbly for yourself (if you wish,) and a little something for the kids at Pasitos de Luz.
