Maria Cavendish a New Owner at Tierra Alta El Tuito

August 17, 2016

Tierra Alta is an ecological development in an oak forest on the edge of the Sierra Madres, less than an hour from Puerto Vallarta. Custom made cabins with wonderful forest–to–valley views are available.

El Tuito, Jalisco, Mexico - Maria Cavendish is the newest owner at Tierra Alta, the cabin development in the foot hills of the Sierra Madre mountains near El Tuito, an easy one hour drive from Vallarta. Maria is already working on preliminary drawings for her cabin. She hopes to entice her sister, an architect, to become her cabin mate at Tierra Alta.

Originally from the Black Forest in Germany, lived for many years in Munich where she birthed her only child, Kaitlin. Maria has lived for the last 19 years in Arizona. She speaks German, English and French and plans on being fluent in Spanish - soon. She has committed to a three-week Spanish immersion course in Oaxaca this fall and there is little doubt that she''ll reach her fluency goal.

Maria has worked in a very broad range of occupations including nursing, real estate, management of an art gallery in Sedona, and high school level teaching in anthropology. Maria managed her own weddings business in Sedona where she officiated at more than 550 weddings over a 10 year period.

Maria enjoys her little dog, a Maltipoo, as well as many other diversions including writing, reading, horseback riding, hiking, running, mountain biking, traveling, painting and exploring new areas of Mexico, a country that she had never visited prior to her recent trip to Tierra Alta. Obviously she knows how to make decisions.

Set on 7 hectares of rolling hillsides, Tierra Alta is an Ecological Development selling lots for cabins in the oak forested foothills near El Tuito just one hour from Puerto Vallarta. If you would like to see what the Tierra Alta lifestyle offers you, please call David Kimball on his cell at 322-294-2141 or home office at (322) 222-9180.
