Tropicasa Hosts Open House at Condo Allende on Saturday

Paddle Zone Offers Stand Up Paddle Fun This Weekend

Experience the fun and adventure to be had on Puerto Vallarta's South shore this weekend! On July 7th and 8th Paddle Zone invites you to join us for a Full Moon Paddle to Los Arcos! Come experience the magic of Los Arcos Marine Park under the full moon. We'll meet at our shop on Mismaloya Beach at 7:00 pm, and the excursion lasts between 2-3 hours. The cost is $850 pesos per person and includes: Rental of all equipment (board, leash, paddle, and safety light belt), a professional tour guide, one digital GoPro photo souvenir taken on your excursion (with additional photos available for purchase), and hot chocolate and other treats upon our arrival to shore. A complimentary lesson is included if you're a beginner paddler or a newcomer to our shop! And if you have your own board, come along for a discounted price. Please email info(at) with your preferred date to reserve your spot, as spaces are limited. Then, on Sunday July 9th, Paddle Zone is teaming up with SUP Yoga Vallarta to offer a SUP yoga class! We will meet at 9:00 am at Paddle Zone in Mismaloya. We start with a quick warm up and stretch on land and some paddle board basics. Then we'll hop on our boards for a fun beginners yoga class. All levels are welcome though a basic level of yoga and paddle boarding experience is recommended. $500 pesos includes your class and board rental. Please send a message via Facebook to confirm your spot as boards are limited. $100 deposit is required to hold your spot. Be sure to wear something that you can move in and get wet! (Board shorts, surf rashguard, bikini, yoga shorts, workout gear are all acceptable.)

Margaritas & Spanish Conversation at Vallarta CoWork

Need to improve your Spanish speaking skills? Come to Vallarta CoWork on Wednesday, July 19 from 6:30-8:00 pm for "Margaritas & Spanish Conversation." Advanced beginners and intermediate Spanish speakers are invited to this facilitated conversation group. Ice-cold margaritas will be prepared fresh and are included in the ticket price. Groups of five participants will speak ONLY Spanish for 60 minutes, with a native facilitator leading the conversation. This event will be repeated monthly, if this pilot is successful. We are conveniently located just steps from the Malecón and within walking distance of both Downtown and Old Town. If you are driving from Downtown towards Old Town, look up and to the right just before you reach the bridge into Old Town, and you'll see our banners in the windows above the Santander bank. Our door is located to the right of the bank's entrance.

Vallarta Hospice invites you to come out to Fusion Gourmet on Saturday, July 29 from 7:00 to 10:00 pm and have a conversation that people simply are not having. "Let's Have Dinner and Talk About Death" aims to inspire people to talk about an often-not-discussed topic - death and dying. The evening includes a 3 course meal with 3 thought-provoking questions for you to discuss with your table mates. The only cost is that of the special-menu dinner ($299 pesos/person, excluding drinks, tax, and gratuity.) The evening will conclude with a group discussion. Space is limited to 20 people!
