Set to take place on the resort's terrace at 7:00 pm, this evening of fun and friendship includes a fabulous buffet featuring a variety of Texas-style food prepared by Chef John Tesar, who is known as "The fastest knife in Dallas."

There will also be dance numbers from the children of Pasitos de Luz, a presentation of their artwork, a silent auction, and great music.
