Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Casa Karma Owner Georgia Darehshori is happy to announce that an amazing talent, Rosie Emery, is in Puerto Vallarta and you can meet her on Wednesday, January 24th at 7:00 pm, at Casa Karma Boutique Resort.

From writing and producing TV shows, documentary films and interactive websites, to creating and organizing cross-country musical tours, singing on cruise ships and producing a series of animated shorts for kids, there's never been a dull moment in Rosie's life!

On this special evening, you will travel back in time with two time Emmy Award winner and author Rosie Emery and experience the exotic landscapes of Thailand and Malaysia, where hidden gold and political intrigue collide with romantic adventures and shamanic journeying in a mysterious tale inspired by real life events involving a Japanese covert operation during World War II.

Rosie will read from her recently published novel, Pursuit of the Golden Lily, and share photos from Southeast Asia. The book is inspired by the author's true story of finding her British father's POW diary and her subsequent adventure as she goes to Thailand and follows his footsteps.

Thai inspired Tapas and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.

There's no cover charge for this special event - but there will be a bowl for donations to Pasitos de Luz, a local non-profit organization founded by mothers of disabled children to meet their rehabilitation and basic needs. Rosie has agreed to donate 50% of the sale of her books purchased through Amazon to this worthwhile Puerto Vallarta charity.
