Physiotherapist-led charity Therapies Unite has established its first postural management clinic in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The clinic is run by a local physiotherapist and a support worker, according to Therapies Unite founder Laura Brown.

Mexican Judge Urges States to Legalize Gay Marriage
