Cold Weather Blamed for at Least 8 Deaths in Mexico

Emergency management personnel in the Mexican state of Chihuahua reported that cold weather has been blamed for at least 6 deaths between Dec. 31st and Jan. 4th. Separately, authorities in the southwestern state of Michoacan reported two deaths of hypothermia in recent days.
