On December 19, Puerto Vallarta Mayor Salvador Gonzalez Resendiz inaugurated a new outdoor gymnasium and sports center at the Agustín Flores Contreras Sports Stadium. The event was attended by prominent Mexican athletes Rosario 'Chayito' Pelayo Fuentes and Alondra Bray.
